Do your tours, whichever country, use local tour leaders from that country who speak the local language?

Your tour leader is a great ambassador for the group whilst on tour speaking both English and the local language.

Are there any safety concerns in either Albania or Croatia?

There are no official advisories against travelling to Albania or Croatia but we always ensure we put your safety first when travelling to any country with us. Your tour leader is a great ambassador for you whilst on tour speaking both English and the native language.

If you take an upgrade option, does the group split between two hotels throughout the itinerary?

Our upgraded departures are different departures, so you won’t find a group with a mix of upgraded and non-upgraded people. Everyone on the upgraded departure will be in the same Upgraded hotel.

Albania

We are interested in the Highlights of Albania tour, but is there a new Albania tour coming out?

Our Highlights of Albania is our cultural tour however if you are interested in walking tours, we have one in the Albanian Alps and for 2025, we will be launching a new coastal walking tour.

We also have Undiscovered Balkans which covers Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.

Croatia

Are there e-bikes available?

Yes, we have e-bikes available for an additional fee. On any Cycling trip, look out for the 'E-bike option' tag.
