FAQs


The itinerary is exactly the same for both trips, though we will change the order of hikes to ensure the groups don't run into each other along the hiking routes. The only difference otherwise is where you sleep each night.

They are ok to bring, as long as you make sure to pack them in your checked luggage. You can also rent them at the Agriturismo!

It is, we visit from Giardini Naxos which is 20 minutes away from Taormina. the drive up from our hotel is around 1 hour - quite windy roads so the pace is fairly slow. we visit Etna in the morning and then visit Taormina in the afternoon.

It depends on your tolerance, but I found it to be very comfortable to swim, especially after the hikes, it was a lovely way to cool down at the end of a long day of exploring.
